OK, bowt three weeks ago I had the truck at the dealership for an oil leak. They ended up charging me $625 to do a crankcase seal, oil sending unit and rebuild the power steering pump. I know, I know, but I was out of town and just wanted my truck ready when I got back. On to present day...the day I picked it up it was still leaking from what appeared to be the SAME place. I was out of town for the next three weeks so yesterday was the first chance I had to take it back. They call me back this morning and say I have a new leak, from the intake and the valve covers, niether of which were leaking before. The only explanation they have is that the new crankcase seal put too much strain on the older intake and valve cover seals, causing them to go bad. Is this a realistic situation, or are they just trying to cover their screw up from the first time?
