KOEO numbers look right, but KOER numbers definitely look high to me. Far as I know, should still be maintaining about 37-40 KOER with the regulator disconnected from vacuum, and usually around 27-30 if I recall with vacuum connected (depends on what you're getting for vacuum, fuel pressure should always be around 37-40 minus your manifold vacuum in psi, not inches).
