i think this all depends on what you use your motor for. for reliability i would have to say a stroked 460, if you just wanted all out power and had more money than sense slap a vortech blower on it. but me, id go with a stroked EFI and not run a real radical engine. even if you are a mudslinger you dont need 2000 horsepower, so to keep it reliable and off the trailer, a mildly built EFI 460
If money is no object then of course the SC 460. Why would you worry about it wearing out soon? Spend more money and do it again. But I think the Stroked 460 would be better due to the torgue you would have for offroading.
