i know everybody is looking for the easiest and best way to put a solid axle in. here are some arms that i saw that could be used and they arent like others. http://www.rovertym.com/drew/radiusarm.html its a decent idea that someone could adapt or take an idea from, i even had a link to a guy that wristed one of them, but it died, sorry.

not really sure why you would want to try and adapt those arms to work on a ford front. the wedges and normal radius arms are easy enuf, and plenty of poeple are making better arms that simply bolt on, with more coming i would imagine. Ford 60's are the most common swapping front axle for fullsize chevys and fords.

The bending is intersting tho, but you would be better bending tubular arms instead IMO

I think Axe was referring to the concept more than the arm itself. I've seen those in person and I can say no tube arm is as solid as they build those. Done right you could mount them in a way to keep your brackets at or above the bottom of the frame rail.
