Yea this is Hurricane Jeannes outer bands moving north toward Daytona. Notice how flat and long they are. Hurricanes are huge, and Katrina was much bigger than Jeanne, making the outer bands even longer and flatter. Just like you cant see the curvature of the earth, you cant see curvature in the outerbands of a hurricane.
