My rear fenders are somewhat rusty so I'm wondering if there are any larger flares available to accommodate cutting a larger opening and making it look clean. Anyone ever tried jeep flares on a bronco? I'm not sure how a wrangler wheel opening compares to a bronco. It was just a thought.

the cutout flares would work. Also check out Bonsai Dave's build. He took some plate and made his own flares, I like this look as it sticks out less and also braces up the fender you just cut a decent amount. He has a picture somewhere of himself standing on one of the lips.

Thanks for the feedback. Any idea how much lift is needed to accommodate 35s if the fenders are cut to fit the aftermarket cutout flares?

If you use cutouts you probably won't need a lift at all to clear 35's. You might having a little bit of rubbing on your radius arms when you turn at full lock.

I'd like to see the flares Bonsai Dave built but almost all of the detail pics are gone.
