Get some locking header bolts, I'm not quite sure who makes them but you can probably find them through summit.

I found copper gaskets that came with lock washers and I bought longer header bolts. I just reinstalled them and hope they hold better.

I don't see Loctite doing you a bit of good. Even the manufacturer specifies to use heat to get Red Loctite to release. It'll never stand up to the 1000+ degree temps of your exhaust system

THE CONCENSUS SEEMS TO BE LOCKING HEADER BOLTS THANKS

FOR THE HELP GUYS:beer ...ONE MORE QUESTION IF I'M JUST

CHANGING THE GASKETS DO I HAVE TO UNBOLT THE HEADER

FROM THE COLLECTOR OR CAN I JUST PLOP IN THE NEW GASKET

AND TIGHTEN EVERYTHING BACK UP.:shrug

What you do (if your header gasket is like every other header gasket I have ever seen) is take out the middle bolts and loosen the two outside bolts. The location for the outside bolts on the gasket isn't holes, it's a slot, so you can slide the gasket into place and those two bolts hold it in place so you can get the other bolts on.
