I've used mac headers in mustangs, but never in a truck application. They are good quality and fit well, however, the equal length headers are more of a pain then they are worth hp wise. They burn plug wires, make it hard to change your plugs, and usually require moving/modifying emissions equipment. I prefer non-equal length headers myself. The hp gains from equal length headers are minimal. I've personally seen only an increase of 3 peak hp with the equal length headers over the unequal length headers on a chassis dyno. I would recommend the unequal length, but it's a matter of personal opinion. I don't like fighting the headers to change plugs. Just my two cents.

Hmm... i didn't know equal length barely gave you any more HP. Definetely something for me to consider...Thanks

I think my 2nd option might be some Gibson headers or spend a lot and get some JBA's.
