Battery cables are pretty messed up. Looking to replace both positive and negative.

Does that small wire going to the fender need to be there? Is it a ground? Also, where do I find the small wire that goes from the positive terminal to the starter relay on the fender?

Bronco is a '95 eddie 5.8L

I ordered my new ground cable from O'Reilly's, it had all the needed connections. don't just buy the generic one off the shelf, order the correct fit.

Make your own using quality ofc multi-strand 2 or 0 awg cable. Plenty of how-to threads on here, just use search.

They will be much better than most the crap @ parts stores. :thumbup

I know the terminal currently on the bronco are horrible, but were you talking about the ones on the NAPA parts?

Over 100.00 for 4ga battery cables

You can build high quality 1/0 gauge cables for the same or less.
There are a couple of good cable threads on here.
