I got a new power steering box on my bronco (thanks gub ni). The steering has improved by about 200% as I can now actually take it down the road. I have done a sag pump swap. The problem comes with going straight. It is real loose in the middle but once i start going left or right it acts normal, I have a whole lot of play in the middle. Any suggestions?

There's a nut on top of the steering box. Loosen that nut with the wheels straight. Then hold it in place while tightening the bolt with a flat tip screwdriver. Then tighten the nut again. Also have someone bounce the steering wheel from side to side while the engine is off and see what is or is not moving. That will show you where the problem is.
