It's 3 degrees out with -30 windchill today. Driving home from work I lost fuel and temp gages at the same time. What would cause this?

damn that's cold..so they were working and then just stopped all of a sudden while you were driving??

Most likely an issue with the printed circuit board on the back of the cluster. Or a diode.

This morning it was -12 up here. Currently -3, -22 WC and snowing pretty good

I let it sit In my drive way with the grill up against the house for about an hour and now they work again. Yeah, it's stupid cold. We have around 6" on the ground with 4-5 foot drifts. I haven't seen snow like this in at least 8 years.

Yeah, I was heading north and they went from working to not working within 30 seconds. I had just filled up about 10 min before.
damn that's cold..so they were working and then just stopped all of a sudden while you were driving??

-22 this morning here. I agree. Coldest morning in my entire life in KS.

I have no idea what our low was but it's -13 out here right now. My Bronco is starting right up but my key switch is STIFF. Who needs fuel injection. I attribute my lost gauges to the stiffness of the key switch.

My intake temp in the van was -22 on the drive in. She took about 5-10 seconds to crank over. Severe cold does some weird things. Thats with EFI! At least the sun is out finally!

Yeah, for now, I guess they are calling for another 4-6 inches for my area tonight/tomorrow. Do you know anything about these rolling outages? I am trying to figure out where all is going to be affected.

Today is supposesly the last day for highs below zero. Tomorrow its supposed to get to 8°!!!!

Blackouts seem very sporadic from what ive heard. Lots up north of me without it right now. And a couple random spots here in topeka
