Getting ready to start swapping wires to run a MAF conversion on my 88 351 and run into a question on changing it. The chart a have shows changing pin 43 to L-HEGO but I'm not sure what to do with the wire is replacing. My chart shows the SD pin 43 as A/C panel and living in AZ I don't want to lose my ac. So my question is where do I hook up the AC panel wire for the swap?

You won't lose A/C, it's a signal to the computer that the A/C compressor is engaged. Without knowing what computer you are swapping to no one can tell you where to move the A/C signal wire.

It's an A9T from an 89 mustang

If the A9T is similar to the pin-out functions as an A9L then it appears Pin 10 is the A/C compressor input to the computer.

Pin 54 is designed to remove power from the A/C clutch under wide open throttle conditions.
