I have a 1996 Bronco with a 5.8L, automatic tranny. Looking to install a new mass air flow sensor. what do you all recomend. Any help would be great.

A factory replacement, e.g. Motorcraft. Is yours defective?

You won't get any more performance from another MAF. A stock engine won't come close to pegging the factory sensor, and until you do, it's just a waste of money. On top of that, you'll have to get a chip burned if the transfer function is different than the factory transfer function (which is almost certain).

Look into the basics for increasing performance before attempting to modify a very well-balanced control system, i.e. higher-flowing cylinder heads, intake manifold, and exhaust system.
