I have purchased several different mirror heads for my 90 Bronco over the last 6 months. I have an Eddie Bauer that original came with the swing side mirrors. All I am trying to do is stay with the same OEM mirror. However, the passenger side vibrates so bad you get nauseated just trying to use it. It bounces at idle and it bounces while driving as well. The vibration is in the head of the mirror, it is not coming from a poor mount on the door. Any ideas on how to fix the mirror I have or by one that is actually built so that it does not vibrate? Like I said, I have tried several of the Stainless ones from LMC.

I don't have a 90, but I was kinda getting the same thing.

I ended up making some extra rubber gaskets to go between the door and the mirror.

I don't know if you have the same style mirrors I have but this fixed mine.
