Well, I have a few questions for you guys. First off, I was under my Bronco the other day, and saw an odd material on my Y-Pipe. I pulled it off, and found it was tin foil wrapped around a cut in the pipe that goes from the drivers side manifold, to the rest of the exhaust. It looks like someone took a Sawzall to it to make it fit or something. Will this affect my gas milage at all? Is welding it the best fix?
Next, I still cant figure out where to hook up my Vac. Advance. All the places I've tried to check with a guage dont show up as having any vacuum at all. Any ideas?
Any help would be apperciated.

Yes, just have the exhaust hole welded up.

they probably cut it there to get the oil pan off easiler. Just take it somewhere and have them weld it up, it shouldn't cost much
