They keep the daylight from showing between the frame and body....Most 4wd stores will have or can order....I agree, besides the lack of gap guards it's a pretty sweet little rig. whats the stats on it???? Fog

They hide the gap between the body and frame. Thats a good lookin truck.

Yep ;) lol i went in time and took that pic LOL.

Yeah i paid 4,800 for it, i pick it up tomorrow...

Spec's are ENGINE: 5.OL 302, MILEAGE: about 140k, TRUCK'S LIFTS: 6 IN Procomp Suspension Lift, 3 IN Body Lift, 2 IN Add-A-Lift, WHEELS: 15" Chrome Rims, 37" x 12.5" Goodyear MTR Tires, PERFORMANCE: Heddman Headers, Flowmasters, K&N Air Filter, STEREO: X-plod CD Player, X-plod Amo. and Speakers, AM/FM Radio, MISC.: Billet Grill, Towing Package, DVD 10in screen and player.

And i am dropping my 91's 351 (90,000 miles on it) into this truck :)

Nice looking truck. Would be nice to see some up close pics. Looks like your new one is the same color scheme as the wrecked one, with the exception of the colors being reversed.
Would I be correct to guess that it is an '87-'91 model?
If so, would you think that those 37" MT/R's would fit with the 6 inches of suspension only?

suspension and body lifts are 2 different animals.. the bumper is affected only by the body lift which is 3"s all around..

body lifts lift the body off of the frame
suspension lifts lift the frame off of the axles.
