Pull the brackets and pump out as an assembly. Rebuild kits are 15 bucks, but you need a pulley removal/install tool. A standard high pressure hose for an econoline of said years is all you need to complete the install. That hose is identical for 302, 351, and 460. Then fill it with ATF and bleed the air out.
