Well I yanked my E4OD about a week ago and I've been waiting for the right deal on a ZF to swap in. I finally found it on Saturday. I got the trans, pedal assembly, almost new clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, master cylinder and shifter for $525. After dropping it off at my shop I hit the local pick n pull and got the cross member, drive shafts and floor pan for another $80. Life is good! :thumbup

That's awesome. It sure would be cool if you could take lots of pics and do a writeup on the swap. This is something I want to do in the near future.

Congrats. Definitely take pictures if you can. Lots of info on ZF swaps, not a lot of pictures. I'm still waiting to find one when I actually have the funds... Hopefully that combo will line up sometime before next summer...
