When I go to do my headers there is some other things I wanted to do to the front end, to clean everything up and make up for the lack of caring by the P.O. so I intend to remove the front clip to make my plans easier.

What I wanna know from you guys is once I have the front clip off, I'm going to be right there so do you guys think it's worth it to jack up the motor and do the rear main seal while I'm that far into everything? It leaks, not horrible, but just not sure if I should go ahead and replace it while I'm that far into all the other things

Wouldn't be a bad idea. You don't even need to jack the engine up. Just did mine a few months ago, without removing anything...just did it because it was leaking. Here's the jist of what I did:

-Remove oilpan.
-remove rear cap tap out rear main seal( they actually make a puller for this but it isn't needed.)
-put new seal in
-replace bearing cap and re tighten to specs
-install new pan gasket
-tighten oil pan to spec

If you're handy, you should easily be able to do this in under 2 hours.
