i need a couple of screws that were on the vactory air cleaner box that holds the box on, no the ones that mount the box. i lost mine while removing the filter and i do not want it to suck in air. so if anyone went to an fipk kit or did the ghetto k&n or plans to and has the screws for it, they would be greatly appreciated.

thx

A bolt and a nut will do a better job, since the airbox tends to strip out after a while.

I am missing one of mine. I went to the dealer a while back and was told they don't carry them. I just use a long skinny bolt and wingnut. It is a pain to put on and take off because of the location. One day I will look for a replacement.

Silicone or JBWeld the screw in from the bottom & put the wing nut on top. ;)

I have a complete MAF-style box for sale, but I don't think I have any of those screws separately. If you'll post a pic of the screw, I'll check.

I wish I was that good. Thats a hell of an idea.
