Hello everyone, Ive always loved the bronco and have finaly got my hands on one. I recently purchase a 93 bronco, with a 351, and e04d transmission recently rebuilt by jasper (according to the previouse owner) flowmaster headers and true dual exhaust, 3 inch body lift and a 3 inch suspension lift. The other day i picked up a set of 38.5x15 tsl radial super swamper's ($500 for all 4, i couldnt say no). I want to be able to run these tires very reliably off road and such. so i know that means revamping the differentials and such, what would be the best type for me to switch to? i was thinking of a dana 60 in front and sterling 10.25 in the rear.

Putt the tires aside for a bit untill you strengthen the drive train.
engine and transmission first,
otherwise your headed for problems.
Check the body frame mounts, then the overall under carriage condition,
rust holes etc, dont think cool think detail.
Get under it in the dark with a drop light, your perspective of
what you see is different from the day,
try it, and a flash light, think of doing dental work in an unknown mouth,
uuugh, anyway.....
oh yah take a can of silicone spray and W-D 40 with you.
Dont forget to spit.
