Hi Gents,
Our December issue is hitting the stands a little early and inside we've got an article detailing our 351 engine swap in our '93 Project Bronco, 'The Juice'.
Basically, our old tired 351 got replaced with a remanufactured long block from ATK Engines.
We were pricing out a rebuild with the original motor, but came to the conclusion that when time, money, and California emmisions standards were all factored in, the remanufactured engine is the way to go. ATK Engines all pass the certification that new OEM engines must pass, so we knew the engine would be good.
We threw on some shorty headers from Edelbrock as well.
Hope you get a chance to pick it up and read more about it.
(I think I'll post this on the main board for later model Broncos as well, the rest of the guys might be interested).
