just wanted to say hi to all. i registered a little bit ago and have been looking around and searching.

name is richard 26 yrs and live in the bay area, san jose ca

i have my second bronco an 89 xlt white w/grey interior completely stock
my first was a 84 with full rancho and 3'body. 33' tires
so as i catch up on maintence, (i always change everything when i buy a car so i know its fresh and fixed right) i was wondering what everyone here uses for oil. weight and brand.
i use mobil 1 5-30 full syn. in all my cars and was wondering what the best to use in the truck ??
trucks got 170.xxx

Welcome to FSB. :thumbup I've always just used Castrol GTX 10W-30 in the trucks and Castrol Syntec 10W-30 in my car.

I just changed from 20-50 to a 10-40 syn blend. Makes the world of diffrence. :beer
