Hi Folks, After getting my 1991 5.0 automatic running again (with a new ignition actuator and switch) I find the radio and power windows don’t work, while the dome light/door dinger are stuck in “on” at all times. Dinger never stops… (so I pulled its fuse.) Last time I recall using the the radio was 5 weeks ago, and since them I have been working on the getting the car running. I ordered an EVTM manual, but was wondering if anyone had any experience-based suggestion while I wait to see the wiring diagrams?

By using my test light and multimeter I can tell that the fuses are not blown. They also work fine if I place the same fuse in other locations in the box. I see I don’t have light/voltage in the #11 and #14 slots, hence no way for it head out to the relevant electronics. I feel like this is a pre fuse box short/ground or relay problem, and any thoughts are always appreciated.

I'd suspect a stuck door switch for the dome light on, and dinger all the time.

The other two fuses, (windows and radio) may only have power when the ignition key is ON or RUN.
Therefore you may not have power at the box unless the key is ON or RUN.
