I just replaced my power steering pump today, and the pump came with an o-ring, about 3/8 diameter or so. I don't see where the o-ring is supposed to go. I tried it without the o-ring but the pressure line drips about once every 5 seconds without it. Could someone tell me where the o-ring is suppossed to be placed?

Should be on the hose fitting, look for a grove

I replaced mine a few months back and as I recall the flare fitting swivel had an o-ring in it to help it seal. Not sure where else it would go.
