to pull codes right?95's are OBDI. all you really need is a paperclip
I honestly didn't try the adjustment according to the link yet. I made a little 1" bracket to make it long enough that I bolted to the equalizer to make it work before I saw the adjustment link posted. It's not as tight as normal though, so I know it's not perfect. I'm going to go take off the bracket and try the adjustment method that was posted to see if that makes it work the right way in the next few days. Just been too busy with work and such lately.Right. use clip or jumper wire...to pull Codes Post any Codes found here;
and do the KOEO = Key On Engine Off portion first
& Remember to have engine @ Normal Operating Temperature before doing the KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING (KOER) portion
Turn OFF all lights, accessories (radio, GPS, etc.)
btw, did that E Brake Adjustment Link work out ok for you? because I didn't see any reaction to it in your post.
Isn't a '94 a obd2 already? :shrugHi guys, I'm a newbie here and need help. I posted this on the pickup forum too, no reply yet. I bought a 5.0 from a 2000 explorer to put in my 94 F150.
1) is it worth trying to keep the newer top end & modify the installation for air intake, etc?
2) Just treat it as a "Long block" & use all my 94 stuff?
I can get anything I want off the Explorer, wiring ECM etc. If I should do the newer setup, what do I need to do?
Tks in advance for any help!!
PS- did a search & nothing came up for "OBD2 into OBD1", scuse my ignorance if the answer is already here
