SOOOO, just got done doing rear discs and hydroboost. Went for a test run yesterday, and the brakes work well, but still arent satisfactory. Went looking for the culprit, and believe it to be hoses and maybe this:

The cruise sensor on the end of the MC seems to be leaking. The rubber boot thing that holds the wires in keeps sorta pushing up (ballooning out) after a test run of hard braking. It would seem that pressure is leaking through the sensor. Has anyone ever had any issues with this?

For info, this is a hydroboost unit going to a 94 F350 1 1/8 master cylinder

Yes that is the switch that sponsered one of that latest recalls.
just pull it, plug it, and if you want your cruise to work, jumper the harness. it is a secondary cancel, not required to work.

Nope, internal leaking in that switch, and that itself catches on fire. Unplug it now, and live without cruise until you go buy the new switch. Search for the part number, it's less than $20.
