A timed relay will work, I was going to get one to work with my factory keyless alarm system, but instead I went with the remote start, unfortunately can't have both, that is unless everytime I remote start the truck I want the window to roll down

you need a one touch relay which isn't hard to install.
Go find my tail gate re-wire post and you can install it in an hour.
