Ok I got the 5.8 EFI and for the life of me I can't reach back and pull the PCV valve! Where is this damn thing hiding back there?!?? I've felt and felt is there a hose I can follow to it? Ugggggh, this is so lame for a $2 part!

Ok cool so that hose goes to it, I guess I'll reach back there wipe it down and then yank like holy hell till it comes out.

miesk5 - I love your push bumpers! Are you using a specific mount for a Bronco or did you just mount them right to the bumper?

It's a joke anyway. Replace it with a breather filter and be done with it.

yo Robert,
That is a Setina mil/police push bumper; cost incl s+h to NJ from left coast 5 yrs ago was about $145.00.
It's the Bodyguard 16 inch steel model and is certified to be (SRS) air bag compatible. Works great! Pushed 3 vehicles off of snow/sand so far and mounted fishing rod holder tubes on X bar.
They have models spec. for Broncos/F series as well as most passenger cars and new SUV's that were/are used as police vehicles. Was simple to mount; have some good sized sharp bits available and a center punch; and primer/paint to coat the holes in da bumper so rust doesn't form dn the road in the drilled areas.

and as Keith advised, a breather is ok too.
I believe Zach has a recent article on this in the tech section here in FSB.

Cool I think I'm gonna order one of those bumpers!

As for the free replacement my truck is well past 60k and it's a California truck :(. I remember hearing from someone that you had to bring it in somewhere around 60k (Won't quite work at 128k). Anywho I'm gonna try to work on it in a few after I read through the board :)

Finally found the damn thing. Why did they have to tuck it away?!?! Yeesh there is no room back under there. Now for the question, what is that yellow tubing that runs right near it? Cause I broke it :( I put it back together with electrical tape and it seems to be ok, nothing is leaking out or hissing (either way, in or out) so I'm lost! Can I just grab some vacuum tube that slides over snugly and patch it?
