I thought that was a crack in the lifter bore too... And it don't look like the hole belongs there, but SigEP signed off on it, so it must be good

Well i got my block bad but i have to send it off bc he forgot to hot tank it. But I started to look it over and found this. Its hole that leads from the valley into where the timing gear is. And it goes all he way through. Can you tell me if its suppose to be there or is it time for a 460 swap.
