I don't know what "G2" heads are, but they sure look like GT40's (not P's). If so, $475 is probably a pretty good price for something rebuilt by a machine shop, assuming they do good work and did necessary things like upgrading the springs. $300-400 will get you a set of GT40's in unknown condition, which doesn't leave much room (below $475) for inspection, cleaning, and deck and/or valve work. They look to have been surfaced.

You could probably get a free sack of potatoes to sweeten the deal.

I'm honestly not a fan of the centurion Broncos. I get wanting to have a vehicle that can fit a lot of people, but there's something about knowing if I took the top off that I, the driver, wouldn't get to enjoy it much. lol. It's so far back.

It's hard to tell, but I think the window has two locks on it on the lower edge. Extra secure.

As long as no one figures out how to unscrew the hinges, I don't see what the problem is...

Actually, I can't tell if those are screws or some rivet-looking thing.

'79 up for trade only. Guy wants a 4x4 Ford truck for this Bronco. Has potential. I guess how good of a deal it is depends on what he's willing to accept in trade.

I noticed this one last night too.


If that top/cover is in good enough condition, you could buy the Bronco, sell the top and have a free Bronco maybe. It doesn't look in quite good enough condition though.

Seems like a pretty good price for anyone with a bricknose wanting a winch bumper.

SBF Canfield heads for $800, surfaced and valve job. Probably way too much flow for anything but the most outrageous Bronco build, and the photos in the ad are too blurry to determine casting # to figure out if they're one of the early models with cracking problems.

Thought this one was interesting. He says he's selling a "rolling chassis", but from the way he describes rust on the quarter and the fact is has no tailgate or top it sounds more like what I've always called just a "roller". So, basically a complete Bronco without the drive train. That and all of his pics are of the complete Bronco.

I suppose it's not too bad for $2900. Provided everything functions as it should, drop in your engine/tranny/t-case of choice and drive on!
