$800 - 1990 Ford bronco Sport Utility 2D ... listed a week ago, search page says it was $1500 but listing page doesn't show that detail.

"This is an Eddie Bauer edition. Clean body and interior. I do have grill and bumper. No engine or transmission this was a diesel conversion. Not parting out must take all."

No engine bay pics to show the state of the supporting work, but it could be an interesting starting point for someone wanting to do their own diesel conversion. Wheels and tires might be worth the asking price. Body looks pretty good, other than the missing front end stuff and tail light, door alignment, and presumably non-working rear glass.

yeah that looks like a good platform to start with. I'd buy it just for the rear tail gate wheels and tires. Bonus if it has a manual transfer case. Mine tailgate is damaged from some one who drove into the rear. Same color too. So the 1990 rear tail gate looks exactly like the 95 I have so technically I should be able to use a 1990 to 1996 rear tail gate to keep the original aluminum trim piece across the back.

I wonder if someone was doing an aero or bullnose conversion on it? I see no sign of damage that would necessitate all the front end removal. Maybe it had a big, custom bumper that didn't fit around the stock panels. Something must have been upgraded about the taillights, too, as stock ones are too inexpensive and readily available to be worth pulling before sale.

The locking hubs look to be upgraded. They don't look like factory dials.

I wish I had room to pick up and store projects like that...

The add says he or she still has the grill and front bumper stuff. Maybe the parts were are are being used on an older bronco to make it look newer? Perhaps the front clip was pulled for the diesel engine swap. Hard to really say with out talking to the seller.

Good point. I was thinking in terms of he had picked up replacements and hadn't installed them, but maybe they were just temporarily removed for the conversion.

I read it as it was a completed conversion and he yanked the drivetrain out and is selling the remainder. That would fit with not wanting to take the effort to put the front end back together after removing it for easy access to pull the engine.

Here's an 89 in the town I live in. It's at one of those buy here pay here dealers. I drive by it every couple days maybe. It's funny seeing it originally listed at 16k and then now at 11.5k obo 5 days later. I don't imagine anyone here locally buying it. Their listing says they are going out of business, maybe someone can offer them a 4 figure amount and take it home.

1979 Ford bronco - $4,000

"I have a 1979 ford bronco for sale or trade for a motorcycle have a 351m auto transmission brand new carburetor new cab rotor plugs and plug wires it dose have some rust but is very fixable it has been sitting a couple of years the carburetor could use a tune and it needs a oil change thanks for looking"

Gotta give props to the seller for highlighting the rust spots in the last couple pics -- I couldn't find them in the larger ones -- always a good sign of who you're buying from. Other than faded paint and an iffy front bumper, it looks pretty darn clean compared to most 2nd Gen's.

If anyone is looking for a set of 16x10 wheels, here's a pretty solid deal on a set of Pro Comp bullet holes for $350:

Shame they're in Vancouver. I know a guy around here that could use those.
Surprised I was able to view the ad... without a faceplant account to log in with.

Well, I'll be damned. It's my last Bronco for sale. He's even passing along the MUD E1 license plate.

Its likely sitting on an early bronco chassis. Thats pretty common for making them ol falcon econolines into 4x4. Looks like a smallblock v8 in there too
