any time i turn the truck kinda fast or hard it makes a pop, no quite sure what it is cause i've already replaced all the balljoints, and tie rod ends and the outer u joints in the front axle. could the inner u joints be causing this? they look kinda worn out

The front axle U joints wouldn't be making noise, unless you are driving around with the hubs locked.

It most likely is the radius arm bushings. Have someone turn the wheel while you are underneath (not directly under of course) and watch for components that seem loose.

Does it make this noise over bumps to?

X2 for Radius Arm Bushings BUT what about "frame klacking" up front where the big rivets are.....?

Good Luck ~ :thumbup
