This winter I updated to an Offy C/QuickFuel 450, serpentine set-up off an 89, went back to fan clutch, updated AC to 134a and got it operational again with a compressor off a 95.
I built everything, there isn’t a kit for a bronco. I chopped up an old header and built the manifold for the turbo. Built the crossover pipe from the factory DS manifold to the turbo manifold. Used a cheap eBay Intercooler and piping kit for the cold side. Ditched the EEC-IV and wired in a microsquirt ECU. 2015 mustang GT500 injectors 57lb/hr. Soldered USCAR connectors into factory injector harness. Kirban adjustable FPR set at 43.5 psi and rising with boost. Big aluminum radiator. Currently rebuilding the bottom end with more ring gap and slightly bigger camshaft Otherwise stock bottom end.Was this a kit? Any more info on the build?
