Well, my brushguard was flaking/peeling and rusting like the Titanic, so I wrestled it off last week (the nuts were rust-welded to the bolts) and took it to Airborne Coatings, here in Oklahoma City, and six days later they had it done for SIXTY BUCKS!
It was a BITCH getting the rubber pads back onto the pushbars, and I had to use a steel hook to work the rubber over them, and in the process, grated the hook on the pushbars. To my amazement, this, by all appearances, did nothing to the powdercoat finish, not even any discernable scratches!
So, then, here is the guard before:
I hope its clear enough that the rust/peeling can be seen. And here it is now:
