you might find that your PS fluid is getting hot and affecting your steering response. Another possibilty is your pump just isn't up to it anymore. As I started increasing tire size, steering ability went south quickly. I noticed a difference mostly after things got warmed up and experienced some dead spots when I REALLY needed to turn tightly.
Nothing made such a remarkable improvement as much as swapping out the old pump for a saginaw. Contact BadassBronco, he might be able to help you get one (Saginaw).

I have the sam eprob with mine except it is when i first start it up...but i abouse the poop out of mine in the woods with stock tires...it can barely turn them half the time...i have a saginaw waiting to go in when the 351w goes in:beer

As everyone mentioned, contact Zach....ummm... Badassbronco for a Saginaw upgrade.

To answer your question, yes, it can be bled by pulling the low-pressure hose. It is easy to spot, as it usually has a lame crimp-type hose fitting and that's it.
