I am looking for new front shocks for my 1993 Bronco, stock, no lift (for now:goodfinge). I see individual shocks for sale, but some of them do not mention if they go in front or behind of the axle. Does anyone sell a package with all four? What is a good brand to purchase?

No problemo. But if you're going to drop the money on 4 shocks, I suggest doing a rebuildable single per corner. Fox, king, all the others. Just my opinion, but you can tune it the way you like it. I'm putting Fox bypasses in my F350 Now that I have them in the bronco. Much better damping. A little more expensive but worth it to me.

4wheelparts.com will have an option on the left side of the screen for how many inches of lift (including 0") and if the are the regular or forward position shock. From there you can read the specs on length and get some better quality shocks as well like birdco85 suggested.
