Hi All

i am the proud owner of a 1989 frull size bronco, which needs a transmission, could someone please tell me what type of ford transmission will fit, and which is prefered. thanks.

any ford tranny for a small block will fit, what does it have now, its usually easier to do that you only have 3 choices C6, AOD, and E40D

thanks for the info, i used the search page and found out that i have a AOD, i bought my bronco from a northern canadian town where salting the roads has no effect so there is little or no corrosion. I plan on upgrading it a little bit everyear. another question, what would of been the purchase price of a 1989 EB bronco full size when bought new from the dealer
