so for those that have done a sas, have any of you found that there is a difference in caster from side to side. if so how, can it be corrected, other than cutting the tubes loose and moving one or the other. i used 6.25 degree bushings and the driverside ended up with like 6.5 degrees and the passanger side is more like 4.
any ideas?
edit: the screw in bushing that is on the top ball joint; can you buy them with an offset?

Try MOOG balljoints, I believe you can get them in the adjustable style. One side should have more than the other but, I don't think 2or more degree's is right. Have you checked you carrier to tube spot welds? My spot welds broke on the long side and caused alignment issues. I ended up drilling out the spot welds and re-welded them and ran a bead around the outer edges also.

I had a lifted cherokee and had a similar problem with caster it turned out that the axle housing was twisted from an accident
