Its really not a good idea to drive without your radius arm tightened down... Anyways, if its rusted like the one in the pics above i would recommend soaking them with pb blaster for a couple days and then break them free with a big 1 1/8" wrench or breaker bar, something with alot of leverage. If its affordable i would even recommened replacing them if there as rusted as Palmetto's...good luck!

Yeah dude, dont even move that thing out of the driveway with the radius arm like that. Put duct tape on it first then go. JUST KIDDING that was a terrible idea-- JB Weld it! :histerica


No seriously, dont drive that thing. You'll experience the meaning of DEATH wobble and wet noodle axle at the same time. Plus there's a good chance you'll kill yourself or someone else. Get the arm from someone who said they had one and pay for overnight shipping!
