dual shocks meaning 2 per wheel? i dont think they are worth it. if you off set them (either foward or backwards) the shock is usually longer, but binds more during articulation. Directly over the axle, angled towards the center ( like so: / \ ) lets the axle move more, but will do less for the ride on the street.

at least in my head this makes sense. maybe im missing something, but im pretty sure thats the way it works.

oh, and put the mounts on top of the tubes so that they dont become garbage after you drag em on the rocks.

i dont think it can help that much...its just a shock. you can compress them with your body weight, i dont think v8 horsepower is going to have any trouble doing it. they prob do it so they can say it helps axle wrap. or maybe thats the only place they had room for.
