Well got my tranny back in the FSB yesterday and all 15.5 quarts of ATF in her(actually all 16) but the first thing I did was let it Idle for about 10 minutes to let the assembly grease melt down. I put her in drive and all i got was in and out of drive feeling like a tug in and out of drive, it got better as i drove her down the street till it just felt right, while in 3rd I floor it to check the kickdown, it worked and shifted back into third all of a sudden i get to the stop and its just slipping. I put her in 1st and that works fine, then to second and also fine back to Drive with OD activated and still slipping I then disable OD and it works, kinda sluggish but it shifts. I havent got any code from it but could it be the new MLPS is not adjusted correctly?????? any help would be appreciated. If anything i will just pull the tranny again and check for a loose snapring or stuck valve. :duh

Well Pulled the tranny off the oil was black, something went wrong with my rebuild, Took the pump off last night and sure enough the O/D oneway clutch was going both ways and burned the clutches, Ill be fixing that, but im taking her completely apart again just to make sure nothing else was bad.... sucks but its cheaper than buying one rebuilt for 2k. :banghead

well atleast those peices are in the very front of the trans, my rebuild went great but theres always a chance that even a pro will fail on a tranny from time to time, pull er back apart and take some pics, did you replace all the one way clutches when you rebuilt it? those should always be replaced when doin a rebuild.........good luck on your second try and post some pix man
