Quick question. I am trying to get the internals out of my old doors. Whats the best way to get those rivets out. Is there some trick or do I just need to drill or cut them out. These little suckers are a pain.

edit: It's a 78.

If the post is is still in the rivet, pop it through with a punch then proceed to drill or grind it. I used to have a drill bit specifically for rivets, but I can't find it.
