Hey guys i finally replaced the coffee can with the 96 plastic reservoir. Decided to go ahead and replace the hoses as well. I was going to use silicone hoses but for $40-50 dollars i just got gates reinforced vacuum hose through work for about $20 for 25 ft. The gates reinforced vacuum hose is rated to 26 in/hg. Also got a 5pk of colored electrical tape for $5 to mark the hoses, had the 2 vacuum tees that are needed laying around. It was pretty straight forward there were a few nipples that were larger than 5/32 but with a small amount of dielectric grease they slid right on. Hardest part is getting the hose routing where it looks decent, this is how i chose to run it, all the hoses have been color coded the factory colors to match the vacuum diagram

(y)absolutely brilliant and really well done.
could you share the actual size or p/n of the hose you used?
is this a MAF or SD? i thought 95s were MAF but i noticed the MAP sensor so a little confused.

Looks good. I did the same with blue silicone hose, but didn't have enough to route it on the firewall.

Gates 27072 5/32 reinforced vacuum hose rated at 26 in/hg

Nice work! Is there a part number for the plastic reservoir?
