I have a 91 silver anniversary Bronco thats been giving me hell! I can drive it on the highway and get to about 60mph and get a loud roaring from the front of the truck. as soon as i get to about 70 or 75 it goes away! Has anyone ever had this problem? Every once and a while it will roar at lower speeds, but usually just on the highway.

By any chance, is there a wind blowing when this happens.... just kidding. I guess it couldn't be your tires, because it wouldn't just go away when you drove faster than 65.

Check your catalytic converter cover. Could have loose/rusted bolts. Mine did the same thing. I removed the cover, noise gone. If you off-road, replace cover.

mine does that. it gets loud right at 60 and stays loud till about 70 or 75. i think it's a combination of my tires (procomp mut terrain) and my flowmaster(40 series, dualed out sides). at those speeds the fan is probly makin noise too. if you figure anythign out let me know.
