I am taking a weilding class. I have already made a front bumper. I am going to try to make a rook rack. I was going to use raingutter mounts but they are very high. Any ideas???

i dont know what they look like to be honest but maybe some l brackets? and could you possibly cut a section out of the gutter brackets and make them shorter?
