I am finishing up my SAS and have a few loose ends

This may be a better area to post these questions -

The rear
I replaces axel and springs

1) should I use a lock washer on the leaf spring bolts?
now I have - flat washer - through leaf eye - flat washer nylon lock nut.
Should I add a lock washer?

2) What should I torque the bolts/nut to - this is the bolts that go through the eye to hold the leaf springs on ?

3) what should I torque the U bolt nut's - that hold axle on the leaf springs
