When using a Fan Shroud the Fan should sit half in the Shroud and half out and there should be an Inch of clearance all around the edge of the Fan.
Shroud problems
I used a 2 layer radiator in my 89 Bronco. Now my fan rubs against the shroud. Should I go electric? Cut the shroud? Find a smaller shroud? I need the ac , so can anyone think of a solution?
