Yes, you use that for air output. For input, there's a different setup, with a pressure-activated electrical switch to engage and disengage the pump, and a safety blow-off valve, in case of over-pressurization.

I've never seen one that regulated the pressure going in. Are you sure thats right?
no... I've had finally decided to get off my a$$ do something to the bronco.

I decided to correct my short cycling problem on my oba.While i was there, I figured that i'd throw a regulator on the output side to regulate the pressure coming out of the tank.

If the tank has 125psi in it, I don't need 125psi coming out of the line, so I regulate it to 90psi coming out.... make sense?
