Does anyone know a site/page that lists the spring rates for each suspension manuf.'s coil springs?

I don't know of a site, but I did some homework on the subject a while back:

Stock fr:410lb/in---rear:275lb/in

Most manufacturers 2" lift is the same as stock

4" lift fr:560lb/in--rear:stock
6" lift fr:580lb/in--rear:stock

Rancho never gave me a straight answer on spring rates.
So those are the #'s that pretty much all the manuf. use?
Warn, Skyjacker, and Superlift. I'm not sure about Pro-Comp or Cepek.
Cool. Thanx.
best fullsize springs out there are the fabtech 2wd coils, just get ones 2" bigger than the lift you are going for. i.e 6" lift requires the 8" coil

Why's that? :shrug
flex well, hold their ride height without much sagging, and ride the best on the street
do u know whats the spring rate of the fabtech coils?
no, they wont tell anyone, including 4wpw.

chris, i sent you a email to your yahoo addy

i didnt get any e-mail from u

i'm thinking about getting the 2wd fabtech coils b/c my superlift coils dont flex too well and i only have 4" of down travel :cry
anyone know the height of the fabtech coils? 8" or 6"
also how tall are the coils when installed at ride height?

edit: nevermind, i just did a search
8" skyjacker ranger coils work nice too.6" of lift on a fullsize.

aren't those coils progressive rate too?
NOBS are you running 8" ranger coils? I guess the spring rate would be considerable less and should provide more flex.

you're a good guesser.i'm not running them though. We put them on evilbronc's truck for the SAS :thumbup
On these 2wd Fabtech coils, what 2wd vehicle are we talking about Damon?
The 97-03 F150?, Can you please advise?
Thank you in advance, and sorry for my stupidy.
NOBS, how did it work out on Evilbronc's truck? What is the ride like on the trails? How's the flex? I've got the TTB now with a 6" skyjacker class II, but really want more flex from the front end, and may go SAS with some soft coils. Sounds like evilbronc has done what I am considering doing.

Do you know what the spring rate on those 8" ranger coils is?

Your ttb won't flex much better with coil swap.Your brake lines and shocks will limit as is.Undo your shocks and see how much more droop you get.

If you go sas with the ranger coils you'll have to make a lower coil mount similar to the ttb mount. Never measured the rate, but we did a makeshift ramp and it worked pretty good, considering the 78/79 radius arm setup/non wristed.
